Instructions for Authors

• Please include details for all authors. Note that the corresponding author will be listed as the first author.
• If you have more than three authors, please provide information in the comments section
• Use the comments section to include any other relevant information for the organisers.
• Your abstract should be entered as plain text limited to 2000 characters.
• The use of formulae should be minimized but LaTeX commands can be used where needed.
• Please do not include any LaTeX formatting commands.
