Women and Mathematics Workshop

Application Form

Teachers:

You are invited to nominate up to four female students from your school to attend this event. To hold your students place in the workshop please email your student nominations to Kendall.marriott@adelaide.edu.au by Friday 12th May. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Please have your students and their parents/guardians fill out the Student application form and email to Kendall.marriott@adelaide.edu.au by Friday 18th May to confirm their place in the workshop.

Students:
